The last month rent is included in deposit.
The price is fixed for an min rental term of 6 months .
For a shorter rental term applicable the price adjustment up: 300eur /monthly, others you agreed with owner before the booking.
The registration is not acceptable for short rental term. The Government City hall registration taxes are not including in the rent.
The price is based of one person occupies. For two persons the price adjustment up applicable (500eur/monthly).
The Housinganywhere booking including the first month rent .All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer /cash, as agreed. The deposit you can pay via the bank and it should be settled with check in moment already/by cash only at the moment of check in. The method of paying deposit would be paid the same way back to you.
There is no Housinganywhere option to pay deposit back via the platform.
